3 1/2 kgs bone in fully cooked ham
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup maple syrup
1/4 cup pineapple juice
How to prepare:
- Preheat the oven to 300°F.
- Combine and mix well the brown sugar, maple syrup and pineapple juice.
- Brush the ham with half of the glaze, the remaining just put aside.
- Place the ham on a roasting pan and cover tightly with tin foil and bake for 1 1/2 hours.
- Remove the ham from the oven then brush with the remaining glaze.
- Return the ham to the oven and bake uncovered u for another 30 minutes.
